The student-operated Fowler Dining Room provides training in a real restaurant operation, in areas such as fine dining, buffet and café service.
Regional, locally sourced, sustainable ingredients comprise our a la carte menu in the Fowler Dining Room. Students run all facets of the restaurant and the menus are created to challenge the students with a wide range of cooking techniques to create an awareness of taste, texture, color and creativity.
The Fowler Dining Room will open for lunch starting Monday August 31, 2020
