Customers will pay a fixed price and then choose from our side bar with over 30 + cold items and 6 Brazilian hot dishes. Gauchos (meat servers) “parade” through the dining areas with 16 PRIME CUTS of BEEF, CHICKEN, PORK and LAMB carved tableside.

    Customers control the flow of the meal by turning tokens from RED to GREEN until finished.
